# Privacy Policy

This privacy policy explains how Liam Higgins ("I", "me", "my"), trading as Wild
Hill Music, collects and uses your personal information when you sign up to my
email list. I am based in Queensland, Australia, and I handle your information in
line with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the Spam Act 2003.
## What I collect
When you sign up, I collect:
- Your name
- Your email address
- The general location (city or region) associated with the sign-up, so I can
let you know when I am playing near you
If you sign up through a form on Facebook or Instagram, that information is
passed to me by Meta from the details on your profile. Meta's own handling of
your data is covered by Meta's Privacy Policy.
## Why I collect it
I use your information only to send you email about my music. That includes new
songs, demos and works in progress, and news about shows and tour dates,
including shows near your city. I do not use it for anything else.
## Consent
By signing up you are consenting to receive these emails from me. You can
withdraw that consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of
any email, or by emailing me at the address below. I will action unsubscribe
requests promptly.
## Where your information is stored
Your details are stored in HubSpot, a customer relationship and email platform
that processes the information on my behalf. HubSpot may store data on servers
outside Australia. I do not sell, rent or trade your information, and I do not
share it with anyone other than service providers (such as HubSpot) who help me
run the email list.
## How long I keep it
I keep your information for as long as you are subscribed. If you unsubscribe, I
remove or suppress your details so you stop receiving email.
## Your rights
You can ask me at any time to see the information I hold about you, to correct
it, or to delete it. Just email me.
