This Privacy Policy describes how WILD HILL MUSIC ("we," "us," or "our") handles information in connection with the "Ads CLI" application (the "App"), a private marketing automation tool used to manage advertising campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram) for our own business.

1. SCOPE OF THIS POLICY

The App is a private business tool operated by WILD HILL MUSIC for the sole purpose of managing our own Meta advertising campaigns, Meta Pages, and related business assets. The App is not offered as a service to external users or third parties.

2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Through the App, we access and process the following categories of information using the Meta Marketing API and related Meta APIs:

a) Business and Advertising Data
   - Our own Meta Ad Account data (campaigns, ad sets, ads, creative assets, audiences, targeting, budgets, bids)
   - Performance and analytics data (impressions, reach, clicks, engagements, conversions, spend)
   - Our own Meta Business Manager data (business settings, system users, ownership)

b) Page Data
   - Information about Meta Pages we own and operate (page metadata, post engagement metrics, audience analytics)

c) Advertising Pixel and Conversion Data
   - Aggregate pixel events and custom conversion data fired on our own websites and landing pages
   - Standard advertising analytics provided by the Meta Marketing API

d) Authentication Data
   - Access tokens issued by Meta to authorise the App to act on behalf of authorised users of our business

We do not collect personal information from individual end users of our marketing materials beyond what Meta provides in aggregate, anonymised form through its standard Marketing API analytics.

3. HOW WE USE INFORMATION

We use the information described above solely to:
   - Create, manage, optimise, and report on advertising campaigns operated by WILD HILL MUSIC
   - Improve the performance of our marketing activities
   - Comply with Meta's Platform Terms and Advertising Policies
   - Maintain accurate records of our advertising activity for accounting and tax purposes

4. SHARING OF INFORMATION

We do not sell, rent, or share data accessed via the App with third parties, except:
   - As required by law
   - With Meta, in the ordinary course of operating Meta advertising campaigns
   - With service providers strictly necessary to operate our business (e.g. accounting), under appropriate confidentiality obligations

5. DATA RETENTION

We retain advertising performance and business data for as long as necessary to operate and report on our advertising activity, and as required by applicable Australian tax and record-keeping laws. Access tokens are revoked when no longer required.

6. YOUR RIGHTS AND DATA DELETION REQUESTS

If you believe data relating to you has been collected by us through the App and you would like to request access, correction, or deletion of that data, please contact us using the details below. We will respond to verified requests within 30 days, subject to any obligations we have to retain data under Australian law.

7. SECURITY

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information accessed through the App, including secure storage of access tokens, restricted access to production systems, and use of encrypted connections to Meta APIs.

8. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this document indicates when it was most recently revised.
